The opportunity
We're looking for freelance Video Editors to join our network. We accept applications on an ongoing basis as our editing needs grow.
This is an hourly-paid freelance role. We'll agree your hourly rate and availability before starting work, with assignments based on project needs.
You'll work from creative briefs and creator footage, shaping hooks, pacing and storytelling into ads that communicate the product and give viewers a reason to keep watching.
What you'll be doing
- Edit UGC and short-form performance ads for Meta and TikTok.
- Build clear hooks and stories from raw creator footage and creative briefs.
- Add captions, sound, graphics and product footage where they support the message.
- Create hook variations and adapt edits for different formats and markets.
- Work with strategists on feedback and revisions, keeping project files and exports organised.
- Communicate your availability, progress and time spent clearly.

- Understand hooks, pacing, captions and storytelling for mobile audiences.
- Can follow a brief while making thoughtful editing decisions.
- Pay attention to audio, spelling, framing and export quality.
